3D Complex
3D Complex is a taxonomy of protein complexes of known structure. It is similar to SCOP, in that it classifies protein structures, but the unit of classification differs: SCOP classifies protein domains, whereas 3D Complex classifies entire complexes, which are sometimes made of multiple non-covalently bound chains, each possibly made of multiple domains. Please find more on the Web page.
PiQSi
PiQSi is a Web Server that allows to investigate the quaternary structure of a protein by comparison with homologs. Please find more on the Web page.CORRIE
CORRIE is the result of my training Period at EBI (Cambridge, UK). It annotates proteins, i.e., it infers a protein function based on sequence similarity clues. Its novelty lies in the probabilistic approach: in contrast to annotating a protein based on a simple Blast hit above a threshold, CORRIE estimates the probability that a given protein p has a given function F based on the knowledge of all the proteins that truely have function F.Please find more on the Web page.
RiBoMotion
RiboMotion is currently being set up. It identifies in proteins, regions that undergoe Rigid Body Motions.GINTS
Gints stands for "Genes and INTeractionS". It is the first Biology related software that I have developped. It was a one week University project which I pursed afterwards. Its aim is to simulate gene regulatory networks. Please find more on the Web page.
