This undirected network displays the co-occurrence of domain architectures for the HSP33 redox switch-like superfamily across the model species included in SUPERFAMILY. Nodes in this undirected network represent genomes. Connections between nodes represent the presence of domain architectures, which contain the HSP33 redox switch-like superfamily, in both genomes. The size of each node corresponds to the number of proteins found in that genome which include a domain of the HSP33 redox switch-like superfamily. Edge thickness corresponds to the number of shared domain architectures containing the HSP33 redox switch-like superfamily between two genomes. Nodes without any connecting edges contain domain architectures which do not occur in any other genome. The name of each genome can be found by holding the mouse over each node.
