presence of domain architectures, which contain the LCCL domain
superfamily, in both genomes. The size of each node corresponds to the number of proteins
found in that genome which include a domain of the LCCL domain superfamily. Edge thickness
corresponds to the number of shared domain architectures
containing the LCCL domain superfamily between two genomes.
Nodes without any connecting edges contain domain architectures which do not occur in any other
