We support raw DNA files from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, Family Tree DNA, LivingDNA, MyHeritage, deCODEme, Genes-for-good, IYG, Gencove, and those from other companies of similar formats.

Over 7,000 open genomes were analyzed to develop GenomePrep, a majority from the crowd-sourcing platform OpenSNP .
