None of sequences in query are predictable!

  • dcGO Predictor requires the significant assignments by known domains using SUPERFAMILY hidden Markov models. We expect the coverage of sequences that are predictable will improve as new structures are resolved experimentally and deposited in the Protein Data Bank.
  • dcGO Predictor relies on the domain-centric annotations for transferring ontological terms to the sequences in query. Therefore, the sequences in query should contain one or more residential domains/supra-domains that are annotatable by the ontology of interest.
